Financial Settlement for money.
Every payment gets a final receipt.
Send a payment hash or transaction instruction. Receive a portable finality receipt: private, verifiable, sequence-bound, and ready for audit.
Consensus waits for agreement. Authority asks for trust. Financial Settlement returns a receipt.
Recognitium moves no money. It settles the record of the payment; the rails keep moving the money, and keep everything except the ability to lie.

Settlement receipt (chain extended)
Hash a payment locally. Settle it with an activated Proof Account. Verify it in your browser.
Your browser will now recompute SHA-256 on the original text. If it matches the receipt’s payload hash, the receipt is cryptographically bound to your data.
Now change one character in the transaction. The hash will be completely different, and a receipt cannot follow a record that changed.
Real Ethereum mainnet transactions. Real Recognitium receipts. No wallet required.

Every transaction above is a real Ethereum mainnet transaction. Every receipt is independently verifiable — offline, with the verifier, using nothing but standard SHA-256.
Finality receipts
Every payment event returns a portable receipt: private, sequence-bound, verifiable, and final before the event can fork.
Privacy by architecture
Only SHA-256 hashes reach the settlement engine. No personal data, no transaction content, no identity. GDPR compliance is structural, not a policy.
No vault dependency
Traditional systems depend on long-lived secrets and administrative recovery. Recognitium is designed around receipts, commitments, and forward-only settlement evidence.
Receipted policy
Every monetary policy constraint is a cryptographic proof — the regulator published it, the bank accepted it, neither side can deny. The social contract is a receipt.
Non-programmability, on record
We don’t just promise we won’t program your money. A receipt records which constraints were and were not applied. Evidence of freedom anyone can check.
Machine-scale throughput
The settlement layer is built for machine-frequency events, where payments, agent actions, and compliance evidence must be produced without waiting for a network vote.
“Every legacy financial system settles by waiting: for clearing, for reconciliation, for a trusted operator, or for a network to agree.”
“Recognitium settles by issuing a finality receipt: one event, one order, one proof that can travel across institutions.”
The offline euro trusts a chip.
Recognitium proves a chain.
