# Recognitium

## What it is for

Verifiable receipts for AI agent actions, evidence trails (search -> action),
payments messages (ISO 20022), and institutional records. EU AI Act
Art. 12/19/26 record-keeping becomes evidence that cannot have been faked.
Recognitium receives only SHA-256 fingerprints — never content.
